Anhui Ningqing Tea Industry Co., Ltd. is a tea production enterprise integrating tea acquisition, processing, sales and base construction. The company was registered in September 2015, with a registered capital of 28 million yuan. The company covers an area of 44 Mu and a construction area of 30,000 mu.

  1. Site construction:

  Ningqing Company started construction at the end of 2015. By June 2018, it had invested 65 million yuan in fixed assets and 50 million yuan in current assets, including 36.65 million yuan in bank loans. The factory building, warehouse, office and other 30,000 square meters have been built. Two new production lines of refined green tea were built, two production lines were assembled evenly, four production lines of 25g automatic small packaging, and one production line of 100g and 250g multi-purpose packaging. After production, the annual production capacity can reach 15,000 tons, the output value exceeds 300 million yuan, and the self-operated export earns more than 30 million US dollars.

  2. Production and operation:

  In October 2017, after the installation of the production line was basically completed, the company organized the commissioning and trial production of the equipment. In November and December 2017, while completing equipment commissioning, 300 tons of green tea were produced and processed for export, with a sales revenue of 9.2 million yuan, of which $720,000 was self-export. This year, the company recruited more than 60 employees in Jixi, and the first phase of the project was put into operation. In 2018, 8,000 tons of tea were processed, 180 million yuan of sales revenue was realized, 21.14 million yuan of self-export was realized, and 3.5 million yuan of tax was paid. Tax revenue is expected to increase by 50% in 2019 compared with last year. At the same time, the company also organizes technical backbone to go deep into Jinsha and other tea towns, distribute propaganda materials, guide tea farmers to grow tea scientifically, condole poor households, subsidize poor households'means of production and living such as organic fertilizer and rice, and fulfill their social responsibilities.

  3. Next development priorities:

  (1) Ningqing tea industry has been stationed in Jixi for more than two years. Under the correct leadership of Jixi County Party Committee and the county government, and with the strong support of the relevant departments directly under the county level, it has initially achieved a good start. The next step of the company will focus on three aspects: the main work of the new famous tea production line, the implementation of fresh leaf acquisition, standardized processing and brand marketing, in order to enhance the reputation and reputation of Jixi tea;

  (2) To carry out scientific and technological innovation, introduce talent teams and cooperate with Tea Research Institute of Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences to develop new products and carry out intensive tea processing, extend the industrial chain and enhance the added value of tea, so as to increase employment and income of tea farmers;

  (3) Take the lead in setting up farmers'professional cooperatives and tea industry consortium, strengthen Jixi tea industry as a whole, and build Jixi tea industry as one of the pillar industries.
